Error msg unable to connect server ID = 1:533 any ideas?

I just tried to sign on and I receive.

""A connection to the server could not be established ( ID = 1:533) ""

I have turned off and restarted, no help.

Reset modem and router, no help.

I tried to google, no real help.

any help would be appreciated.

It happened to me tonight also. A second message popped up and said I needed to sign into PSN, but I was signed into PSN, I could see all of my friends that were logged in.

I restarted the game, that didn't help. I restarted the PS3 and that fixed the problem.
