Error you cant send gifts

Okay I'm not gonna lie. I made 4 fake accounts and put the birthday as the days date, so I can get free cars and send them to my main account, where I would sell and make cash. I tried to send one today and a message came up that said I have sent too many items, but the account I was on was brand new, what happened?
 
You can only send one car (or ticket) per PS3 console per day, regardless of number of accounts on it.

This. The limit is per console, not per account.

I'm gonna feel stupid on this one, but what the hell does tree'd mean? Is it like a bump?

basically, it means, "shoot, someone posted the answer before me and I didn't see it" I think.

As far as I'm aware, it's a GTPlanet invented term. If you visit other forums, it means the same as ninja'd

that still doesn't make sense, the "real" meaning for Tree'd is:

1. Force (a hunted animal) to take refuge in a tree.
2. Force (someone) into a difficult situation.
