Error?

Sometimes on the app when you open a message or thread no context appears. Just who posted.

Only way I've found to fix this is too delete and reinstall the app. Which is very inconvenient.

Any way too fix this, or is it a bug needing ironing out?

Happened to me in PM's with a person earlier. And yesterday in a thread of some sort.

I have a new iPhone 4S and a old jailbroken 3GS.

Sometimes the app closes on both after a while of being on it, but this never happened with the 3GS.

Also as a side note, sometimes when I open the app it logs in, (Logs out automatically every 48 hours or so.) and sometimes fails (due to poor reception) leaving me having to turn off my phone to get the app working.

Thanks for those screenshots; I've never seen issues like that, also using an iPhone 4S. I'm also confused by the fact that you're logged out every 48 hours or so. That should not happen; I can't even recall the last time I signed in.

How long do you typically have to use the app for these problems to appear?

Also, note that if the app is stuck in an inconsistent state due to poor reception, you can restart the app without rebooting your phone. From the phone's home screen, double-tap the home button, then hold your finger down on the GTPlanet's app icon until it starts shaking. Then, tap the red "delete" icon that appears in the top left. The next time you open the app, it will start as a fresh process. This should also temporarily solve any other problems you experience after using the app for a long period of time.

Well I don't know precisely, but I think it's been about 3 days since I last came across this problem I think.

Tried re-downloading the app a few times to see if I just downloaded it poorly but it didn't change anything.

Every now and then the app just resets it self (Best way I can phrase it) and just shows it logging in. (I don't have to log in it just does it automatically.)

Also thanks for how to fix the inconsistent state problem. 👍

I use the app on my iPod 4g. I have similar issues. It also logs me off several times a day
