I completed all the ralley races and now have around 1.2 million dollars plus the escudo, so what should I do?

is there any tunning that can be done to make the escudo good for road coarses?

Should I buy something or just wait till I win the good cars?

The way I make racing fun with the escudo is ramming other cars into the wall, sand pits, other cars, etc. The escudo is an excellent car for that.

Yeah I do that if I'm bored. The Escudo wins only by raw power , but driving them on road courses , they suck. I can't even handle this damn thing properly :banghead:

EDIT : Welcome to GTP , Dilbert . Enjoy your stay here :)

hey u want tuning for the escudo to go on road check out this website that has fantastic tuning tips and setups u can try out

www.gtvault.com

you can tune the escudo for road courses. believe me, it corners pretty good form a 1800 hp car if you tune it properly. get into its suspension and fix it. you will be amazed at how responsive it might be, and youll destroy anything that getsg in your way. they are making 100 mph, you are already over 200.
tune its supension, its the key. believe me. its an orgasm when correctly tuned.

If you want to use the escudo for a road car dont put any more horse power in it, it already has enough stock.

I would lower it from that lift kit it comes with:lol: , adjust the brakes so that the front is weaker and the rear is stronger, and adjust or turn off ASM.

add the horses. if you tune its supension properly, it willl be very stable and will handle good even with the 1800 hp it finishes with.

and as I said, the straights willl be like 10 cm. without the horses, they willl be like 20 :D

yeA I never did like the escudo. it kills on the 100 lap super speedway endurance and the test course races, but for road races, even rally races, i found it to be very hard to handle.

And I said dont, 1800 hp is too much for the weight of that car. If you try to accelerate while turning it will want to go straight.

Can you post some tuning recommendations for the 1800 hp escudo other than saying a very obivious but vague "tuned properly".

I posted some detailed and proven recomendations.

I might have to try that someday :p

The car kills almost anything on the road , if you enjoy close races its better to leave the Escudo out of sight. However if you just want to blow the competition away , use the Escudo :D

Although this might not work, (haven't tried) try softening the front, stiffening the rear, rear brakes strong, front weak, shock bound/rebound at 1 for front, max @ back

to me, the shock bound/rebound just says how stiff the suspension is in another way, correct me if i'm wrong

they MIGHT not work for you. I was readin halfracedrift's specs and damn, that would be too squirrely to me. I totally stiffen the suspension and add rebound and lessen absorb same in front and rear.. if you want I can post my settings, but I dont know if they will be usefulll to you.

Cano

play with downforce too.
