Being a car guy mostly myself I have to say TT got me interested in bikes and although I'm not very knowledgeable about bikes in general I do really look forward to more bikes ( and more tracks, content, etc. ) being included in its successor TT2, which I hope they will create because I miss TT sorely since I'm not able to play it anymore on my PS3.

Which bikes do you think are essential or just nice to be included?
So sort of a wish list, although I won't keep any score, and please limit you're choices to official road and racing or even concept bikes ( not custombuild one-offs ).
There are no restrictions for category, just existing official bikes build by a manufacturer.
Also no age limits, you can suggest modern, classic or even future ( meaning concept ) bikes.
I'll start off by suggesting some classic racing bikes and one classic road bike I'd like to see appear in TT2.

1955 Moto Guzzi 500CC V8

1966 MV Agusta 3-cylinder

1969 Honda CB 750 Racing Type

1961 BMW racing sidecar ( I've mentioned before in a different thread i'd like to see a two-player co-op sidecar gameplay option appear ).

Oooh, some good suggestions so far! :dopey:

My few are based on my experiences growing up, being around some of the more heavyweight bruiser-bikes; some of these my father owned at some point. (Not the racing Honda... :P)

Triumph Bonneville (1959 / 2010)

Yamaha XS 1100 (1979) and Honda CBX 1000 (1979)

Kawasaki Z1300 (1980) - (my father's current nostalgia fix - also the model for my synthesiser :D) and a Benelli 750 Sei (1972)

To continue the 6 cyl theme, Honda RC166 250 cc GP bike (1966)

My dream...

Finally, the first bike I ever rode: Yamaha XT350 (1987)

Clearly I'm thinking outside of the scope of existing circuits for TT / GT; especially with trials, but hey - you never know, right?

Also, sorry if it's a bit pic-heavy :ill:

Don't be sorry, as for trials being included, don't think they will as it is a completely different type of sport although the more disciplines the better.
And indeed you never know. ;)
Couldn't resist to add some more;

2010 Honda Monkey 50CC ( it looks older because they started building it again and it is technically a moped )

1956 NSU Delphin 3 recordbike ( first bike to break the 200 Mph barrier )
NSU56.jpg

1961 Norton Manx ( wouldn't be complete without a Britsh Cafe Racer )

For true bike enthusiasts, I might be blaspheming but...

2009 Harley Davidson Fatboy

C'mon, I want an American chopper to ride for photomode. I don't want to settle for a Yamaha VMAX.

some great ideas already posted in this thread, how about Jay Leno's Y2K Helicopter turbine powered missile.

Great to see the Desmosedici RR in there already, also a trials bike (looks like a GasGas to me).

Maybe a few drag bikes could be added, it would be great to have some kind idea of how they feel in relation to a standard road bike.

Race bikes:

Yamaha YZR-M1
Kawasaki Ninja ZX-RR
Honda RC211V/RC212V
Suzuki GSV-R
Ducati Desmosedici GPX
Yamaha YZ450F
Honda RS250
Honda RS 125
Aprilia RSW 250
Aprilia RS 125
Honda
KTM 250
KTM FPR
Honda NSR500
Suzuki RGV500
Yamaha TZ
Yamaha YZR500
Moriwaki MD600
Buell/Geico 1125R
BMW S1000RR(WSBK)
Yamaha YZF-R1(WSBK)

How about the very first motorbike ever build, in the same way the Benz and Daimler cars were included in GT4, not very exciting perhaps to drive but it would be a nice touch, wouldn't it?

1885 Daimler motorbike

1948 AJS 7R "Boy Racer"

1974 Suzuki RE5 ( first Rotary-engined bike, designed by Giugiaro )

1977 Moto Laverda V6

1976 Kawasaki KR750

Oh and Irons, Choppers are welcome on this list as long as they're official factory models not custombuild one-off creations.
Admittingly i'm not a huge fan, although every category is welcome and definitly not blasphemous as i'm also not a big fan of scooters although they were included in TT.
Having said all this, Harley Davidson is an iconic brand and i really like the idea of my DS3 controller shaking violently when stationary and would love to drive some Harley's in TT2 i wouldn't like to be seen on IRL.

that 1885 Daimler motorbike would be good. I wonder (much like the Daimler car in GT4) if it could make it up the hill on the nurburg? I think these sort of additions are great and lets you appreciate the evolution of the technology even more.

Some more "essential" and cool bikes and a scooter concept.:)

Sorry for the double post, the Y2K is an interesting oddity ( but a production bike, so it's allowed in this thread ) and here's a clip including Jay Leno ( who's just an owner ) and although it might only make sense on a long straight section it could be a welcome experience to some.:)

Don't have a TT but would like to see, as a prize awarded in harder parts of the game, the crazy Dodge Tomahawk (300 mph? If for real, WHOA!)

BMW S1000RR - end thread.

BMW S1000RR - The fastest litrebike you can buy.

Really? The same suggestion twice without explanation ( apart from being the fastest 1000cc bike apparantly ) or at least a picture?
Well this gives me the opportunity to make another case for the very first suggestion I made ( and the very first of this thread actually ) which I think is an extraordinary machine, the 1955 Moto Guzzi 500cc V8 ( yes a 500cc V8 :D)

First a little piece of info of what makes this historic and iconic bike so special ( not just to me ).

And the glorious sound it produces........

Irving Vincent
The EGLI bikes
Vincent Black Lightning
Series A Vincent Rapide
'98 Yamaha YZF R1
'92 Honda Fireblade ( twin round headlights )
Honda NR750 ( Concept bike )

Also needs off road bikes (Dakar, green laners, motorcross, trials bikes ) including race prepared Dakar bikes.

Cagiva Elefant E650/750/900 Lucky Explorer/Strike
Yamaha XTZ750 Tenere
Honda XR500/600R/650R + XLR600/650
Suzuki DR600/650SE
KTM 950 Adventure
BMW R80 GS/1100/1150GS Adventure etc
Kawasaki KLM650
Honda XR250R/400R
Honda CRM 250
Honda CRF 450
Kawasaki KR500
Honda CR500
Suzuki DRZ 400S/400E
Dougie Lampkins trials bikes & many more.

Would be awesome, to participate in real road races like the Irish races & the Isle Of Mann TT etc.
