Don't worry about it. Just next time look around first. It gets a little annoying when people put up the same thread over and over (ex: the escudo top speed, settings, wheelie, etc.). You didn't know so its ok. :)

I thought the same thing for the Japanese Serise. Then i figured out i could have used my Esprit 350.

Nah, not at all. I ran the German Touring Car series the first time in my modified SLK. I got creamed! Then I realized I could use my Camaro racer, and I did the creaming...

Welcome to GTP, Funk. Glad to see that ToRgO typing hasn't died out.

If I may suggest it, go to the Writeups forum and read Der Alta's works. He is very thorough in his documentation. You may need to set your "view" preferences to 60 days or more.

Good luck!

Try the Corvette C5R and if you don't got that one then...... uhm...... uh........another good car yeah that what is what I wanted to say( no just kiddin) try to do as much races as you can until you got 50% you'll then get the Corvette C5R and you can then win ( I hope)

Well the American Championship does require you to use American cars. It's just that they consider Acura as an American car because it is an American brand. I think it is silly - Acura is only the American distribution arm, and the parent company is 100% Japanese. That doesn't make the NSX an American car in my book.

I would, in fact like to see more themed races such as the European championship requiring a European car, etc. I think it would be cooler.
