Event prize car question

Is there any way to win/get back cars that I have won from the a-spec event and sold/deleted from garage a prize car? Like I tried to drive the muscle car event (amateur lvl8) to win buick special but it can't be won twice. And I can't find the car from anywhere else...?

You can't win them again, either buy a new one from the UCD/OCD/NCD or trade for it on this sites marketplace
