This is my first post so apologies if it is not perfect.

I am looking for racers of quality to participate in a series of race meetings.
I have done a couple by inviting from the friends list and they were very good so I thought that I would open it up.
The first EVENT will be this friday staring at 11pm (uk time).
There will be 5 races, of various tracks and grades of cars.

The first race will be 7 laps at AUTUMN RING using cars up to 400BHP.
ROAD CARS and RM cars only.

The second race will be 5 laps at LAGUNA SECA using cars up to 600BHP.
ROAD CARS,GT AND RM cars only.

The third race will be 5 laps at SUZUKA GP using cars up to 800BHP.
ROAD CARS ONLY (no GT,RM etc)

The fourth race will be at MONZA using cars up to 1000bhp.
ROAD CARS,GT AND RM cars only.

The last race will be 10 laps at EIGER NORDWAND SHORT CIRCUIT
using cars up to 700BHP.
ROAD CARS, GT,RM cars only.

The assists will be TC and ABS only, there will be no penalties (but bad drivers will be booted out).
The boost will be on to make for a close race.

The points system will be per race
1st 20 points
2nd 18 points
3rd 16 points
4th 14 points
5th 12 points
6th 10 points
7th 9 points
8th 8 points
9th 7 points
10th 6 points
11th 5 points
12th 4 points
13th 3 points
14th 2 points
15th 1 point
16th 0 points

Their will be an X2010 for the overall winner of the event.

Played these events with you last weekend. Gotta say it was a lot of fun. I think we had 14 people in the lobby by the end didn't we?

Having the boost on certainly made for some close races and helped to make up for the shortfall anyone may have had when using a car below the max BHP allowance.

I will definately be up for some more of these races this coming Friday. Hopefully we'll get a full lobby again 👍
 
Alright Stalker. Was some good racing. DJLK was a deserved winner for the first event. There will be another set up for saturday details to follow.
Saturday's event will include a race with EVO's vs IMPREZA's.Also a SKYLINE vs GTR race. It will be the same sort of time on saturday as friday around 11pm.
 
I like the idea of a shootout style race with just two makes/ models. Last time we raced the Evos and Scoobies, it was a tight race.

I'd suggest running;

TVR Vs RUF up to 400bhp
BMW Vs Audi up to 450bhp
Dodge Vs Chevy up to 500bhp
Ferrari Vs Lambo up to 650bhp
Classic 60's Race

What do you think?

What about for saturday's racing event

Sounds like a good line up. Especially like the sound of a German saloon race:tup:

Couple of queries/ issues though.

1. I don't think I can get 600bhp out of my TVRs. More like 450 I think and I'd really like to try out my newly fettled Griff 500.

2. I think all the races should have a BHP limit just so we're all running similar spec cars.

3. When you say GTR Vs Skyline, I thought the Skyline was the GTR? Unless you mean summat else?

4. What tracks were you thinking of running?
 
Alright mate.

Peoples are still moaning about the new update, I don't understand them the game is quality. There could be improvements here n there like having midfield but I look forward to these events and race meetings whether its 2 racers or 16 racers.
With regards to the questions:

1, Depends what tvr you roll in the cerbera goes about 564, tuscan is about 529 (not rm). What you think about 500 cuz there are some nissans around 480bhp.

2, I agree with the bhp should have a limit, not sure on the new perfomance points at the moment but as the selection of cars is reduced then we shouldn't get some stupid racers in.

3, I don't know if nissan (real world) are calling the new car the skyline GT-R or just GT-R, but in the game the main heading for the car is GT-R.

4, Don't know really what do you think? Monaco (cote'd'azur) is a good race for the evo n scoobs. Hard track though but good for these cars, but I'm open to ideas.

Regarding BHP limit what about
Race 1-500BHP
Race 2- 800BHP
Race 3- 800BHP
Race 4- 700BHP
Race 5- 650BHP
Race 6- 600BHP
Race 7- 800BHP
Race 8- 950BHP

I havn't got a proper 60's car if your meaning the jag xj13 etc.
