If you've got the money & the inclination, you could grab yourself a bit of motorsport history here.

The two trailers which were used to house Jenson Button & Ruebens Barrichellos cars & engineers gubbins have found themselves on ebay. They are not being sold by Brawn GP though, they were bought by another team who apparently failed to qualify for their race series and subsequently can't afford to pay for them any more meaning they've been repossessed and are being sold off under court order. They still have the Brawn GP livery but the advert does state that the buyer should remove the livery on collection due to possible copyright infringement.

They're not being sold off too cheaply though they are probably still a bit of a bargain.

EDIT:
Allegedly it was US F1 who bought them from Brawn GP

Don't know what the UK market is like, but there's probably over 10 grand in the lathing & CNC machinery alone. Part it out & they'd make a decent amount more money.

I would hope that whoever does buy them doesnt remove the livery because I think that would be a bonehead idea, I doubt anyone is going to do that because thats what makes them special!

The best case would be that some collector wins them so they can be displayed in a museum one day with all other Brawn GP stuff because it was one of F1's most amazing stories.

I noticed that the second listing doesnt actually say its for Ruebens' trailer, even the picture is still of Jensons one. Does anyone know roughly how much normal trailers like this are worth?

Robin.
