My daughter has excel on windows 7,
Can someone tell me how too make the table I've made Into a image so I can post It as a picture please.
In simple terms If possible.
Thanks.

Press the Print screen button on your keyboard. Then go to Microsoft Paint, and paste it there. Then crop the table out and copy the cropped table. Open a new, blank Microsoft Paint and paste it there. Then save it as a JPEG file (most compatible and universal).

I will give It a go.
Thanks N1.

*EDIT*

Done It. Easy when you know how thanks again.

That's one way but she has windows 7 💡.

There is a program on windows 7 (type it in the seach programs bit in the start bar) called 'snipping tool'. If you open that up and go to the arrow next to new, select rectangular snip and then click the word new. Drag the rectangle around the table and press save, its that easy :).

You could also use Gimp. Which is a free image editor if you need to do more than paint can do.
