Entering a drift is going better and better now. But when I exit a drift the car starts swinging and eventually spins over to reverse. It's like really annoying. Is it something I do ? Or the settings?

it has been asked already, and quite a few times at that
it's all driver related, and stems from inappropriate countersteering. You have too much steering angle coming out of the drift. practice being more subtle and learn not to make any unnecessary steering or throttle input. There's not much that can be said on the matter than that. Practice.
