Has anyone done this in Vegas?

I'm going in September and 99% sure to do it.

Looking at trying 5 laps each in the Audi R8, Ferrari 458 Italia and the Lamborghini Superleggera LP570.

Might drop the Lambo depending on finance, but looks like a cool day and a good chance to compare GT5 to the real thing.

It's on the infield at Las Vegas Speedway.

I did this back in March. Probably the best way to get seat time in one of these supercars without having to be 25 or spending over a grand. Did 6 laps in the Superleggera. Such a fun time.

Website? Cost?
http://www.exoticsracing.com/

Starts at $200/5 laps for the 911 Carrera. Goes up as the cars get faster. The Murcielago & 458 are $400/5 laps. Extra laps are about $50, iirc. The 2 lap ride along for $99 is a good deal as well; either a GT3 RS or 430 Scuderia with a professional drifter. Sometimes, not all the cars are available for certain dates. The MP4-12C will also be joining line up later this year.

It's actually a rather good deal. It's a controlled environment, how you drive is up to you & a 30 minute training session is done. Doesn't require much more.

Nearly every other organization that allows an average person to drive a few supercars requires insurance checks, has limited availability, & normally requires a person 25 years or older. These are usually all $1,100+. I will admit they are a bit more fun as you get to run them on the open road a bit & you'll get about 5 cars to drive in, but ExoticsRacing is still a great way to drive the cars. Just pay the fee, sign the waiver & you're all set. 👍

Also a couple years ago, when I was there, in their caesars palace store, they had a f1 sim with a wheel and a seat mounted on a tripod of shocks, It was a blast! I flew off a guardrail and cut the lap short but I got stuck in some haybails so my lap wasn't so fast

But when I was at the track I did the richard petty ride along instead. Being that I race short track ovals, it was extremely weird riding on the right side and when you pull up onto the bank it looks like you are going to hit a wall
