I have a thread about why getting a logitech driving force gt and a wheel stand pro, but thats a different story. What i thought was weird, is that the wheel stand pro is more expensive than the racing wheel itself? Or is the wheel just very cheap (100EUR) to the stand (EUR120)??

Wrong forum, but to answer your question, the Wheel Stand Pro manufacturers are a small business and have to charge more for their product. The Logitech giants don't have to worry about making money as much as the wheel stand guys and can charge a lower price.

But does anybody know a cheaper wheel stand, that can hold the logitech driving force gt?

I was going through this not to long ago and ended up just buying the Wheel Stand Pro for my DFGT. Try Ebay, I know there were a few made out of PVC available, but I didn't really think they would work. I have been waiting for my Wheel Stand Pro for almost a month now due to it being on backorder here in the United States and in the meantime I have been using a decently built TV tray and it has worked ok, but it isn't very comfortable after about 30minutes of use.

The thing is, i live in the Netherlands, so if i want to buy something on ebay, it will be a pain in the ass, due to borders and i-deal...

I really think the Wheel Stand Pro is the way to go. I know it's a bit expensive, but a few guys in my leagues have them and they swear they are a good deal overall. I still can't say from personal experience though. Good luck on whatever you purchase.
