Experience points

A good system to rate the experience of players is needed.
You should get;
Points for finishing a race.
Extra points for winning.
Extra points for driving without assists. IE SRF.
Proportional points for less PP and still winning. IE more points for winning with less PP.
Lose points for off track infringements.
Lose points for wall contact.
Lose points for car contact.
The points could be unlimited so there is a reason to keep playing after achieving platinum.
Please feel free to add extra suggestions.

Oh yes a Gtrating to don't meet crazy beginners and to see were I am in an overall ranking.
Be carefull the project cars PD are maybe spying these threads...
