Exploding news to wake up to in the morning

So I wake up this morning listening to the news and I hear there was an accident on the Turnpike invovling military explosives. This is great because now the labeled "terrorists" are going to know we use Fed ex and UPS to send our freaking explosives

Anyways I lived in Cooper City and new the girl that died in the accident. I never "really knew" her, but knew of her and talked a few times. . . It kinda sucks to hear this happen to someone that was invovled a little in your life.

wow, sorry to hear about that man :( Its always a shame when somthing like this happens. At least some of those big explosives didnt go off, good god think of what couldve happened then. do they know what caused her to swerve across like that?

Man, I'm sorry for your loss.
It sounds like Tera was "good people."
It's always a shame to lose good people, even when we only know them slightly.
It sounds as if she fell asleep at the wheel, and went across the median.

I wanna know why the FED EX guy had his wife with him in the truck???

And why didn't the military send their blasting caps in a military truck???
If my memory serves, it's against the law for explosives to be "mailed" anywhere.
 
what to say they were mailed. They could just be delivered as in freight.
But in a fed ex truck is mad, why not something that they could at least put some blast heads on to prevent the explosion.
 
WTF, this is the second occurence on the Florida Turnpike this week.

Yeah, the Turnpike has no gaurdrail between the lanes from the start (at I-75) up until you get to Fort Pierce. It's really dangerous in some spots, not because the road is challenging to drive on, but that it's got long stretchs with nothing happening. Many motorists lose concentration and fall asleep behind the wheel...
 
Yes it is a very dangerous ride. . . I use to make Trips from Plantation to Gainesville all the time and the Turnpike was a main method of travel. . . after I moved to Orlando, I use to make a ton of trips back to So Flo and used the turnpike. I can't count the amount of accidents I saw on that road. . . Let alone not the worst, but some Road Rage chick behind me in a Saturn was rding my bumper back a few years ago. (I had my beloved Miata) I was directly behind an 18 wheeler. I thought I had a chance to pass it but we were passing a long string of slower traffic. So, I decide to let off the throttle and lag behind to be able to see an oppurtunity to pass. The chick stayed right on my arse. A piece of tire flung out of the back of the 18 wheeler and I was able to react. but the chick behind did not have a chance. She ended up hitting the car to the side of her and somehow flip. I saw the underneath of the car through my rearview. That was crazy.
