Extremely cheap DFGT's in the UK!

I just went up to my local town centre's GAME to go and pick up Skyrim. When I went up to pay I saw a DFGT hidden away with a price tag of £79.99, I thought I should grab it as I had the money. I went up to the register, asked for the wheel, the scanned it and it came up as... £1! I just got a brand new DFGT for £1! So, brits, go into your local GAME and see if they have any there!
 
Do you have a receipt as proof of purchase? Forgive me for thinking it's a little 'out there', but I've not heard of this before.
 
If they have incorrectly input the amount against the barcode, Game will have to honour the price the till is asking - weird but true. Same applies if the shelf price is lower than it should be. It'll probably be corrected by now though.

I once saw an outlet DFGT in a spanish online shop which was 80€, that is £66.84.
This wheel is very good value for money.
 
I got a Thrustmaster Challenge Racing Wheel from poundland a few years ago, of course it is a pile of crap and I have never actually used it, I only bothered picking it up and buying it because I was surprised to see it all on it's own in a £1 shop.
 
Hehe, all hail to the inventor of barcodes. A little ingenuity and you get to enjoy that tasty wine that is way over your budget.
 
Great price I paid about 70 for mine a couple of years ago and it is good value. For £1 it's an insane steal for anyone using a DS3.
 
I wish I was in the UK now.
