F1 2010 r&dF1 2010-2016

Hey guys,

I have had F1 2010 since release, however, only just started getting into it after a break.

My question is, I've completed my first season, and after the last race of the season I selected to change teams, and become first driver at Lotus.

I've been doing a bit of research, can I choose the R&D path by being the first driver, if so, how do I change it?

I believe you can, and you would change it during your setup screen before P/ Q / R
