well... while the f1 cars kick butt and turn and acc just as they are meant too... does anyone else find them a bit dull to race with except in the f1 championship... i think when i used them after i first got them... they dulled my regualr driving skills and even turned me off gt3 for like a month... i spent it playing samurai games that were cheap... i love gt3 tho... started again and have stopped using f1... forever

tell me what you think...

YOU CAN VOTE FOR MORE THAN ONE

im kinda on the same page
I like F1 cars though, they're fast and nimble, but using them is basically cheating just like using the Escudo in rally. I do use them a lot tho, I use them for races i already beat, so i when i want to get through something quick i use them, so that way theres usually no challenge

but you can have fun bringing a modded street car into the mix... and it makes you better... but i feel you i did that too for enduros that i didnt care about and wanted to get the laps over easy...

The second one up, that pretty much sums it up for me...:)

I think that F! cars dont belong in GT3, as someone else pointed out in another thread.

Why don't you think they belong in GT3? I think they do belong, but restrictions like in GT2 should've been enforced so people just couldn't go and take an F1 out to beginner races...

so true... we need class restirction to races... not just stock or company races... we need actual limit on the class of vehicle as street, slightly moded street, maybe even classic, heavily moded street, racing, and then purpose built race cars, and then f1.... and you should be able to bring lower class vehicles into higher classes for fun...

And also capped bhp limits...maybe choosing a difficulty level at the start could just determine what sort of caps would be put on the races...(ie, beginner would have a higher bhp cap than cars in race, advanced would have less) :)

I dislike F1's for this reason, they take no skill to drive, and nothing can beat them, resulting in the fat friend of yours who can't drive to act like hes Jeff Gordon or something. So thats means no challenge and makes it boring

i believe the F1 cars are like where i work (local indoor go-kart track): good to drive the faster karts as they keep your **** quick but all the fun is in driving the standard (slower) karts/cars as thats where the skill comes in (still takes skill to drive the faster ones well though)

They're fine for cleaning up a series where you skipped the last/most boring race (most of my F1's milage is from Test Track runs), and they're useful for going back to get other prize cars, and of course the Formula GT series... but beyond that they're not really suited for actual racing. You just need to use them with restraint.

I liked how they had hordepower restrictions in races in GT2. That was a good idea and they should bring it back in GT4. I voted that they are the bomb, but I would agree that you shouldn't be able to use them in any kind of race. ILLicit, I think Michael Schumacher would've been a better example than Jeff Gordon, because Gordon is a stock-car driver!

I voted they are the bomb, I only use them to finish a series of a race i quited out of or just to finish a race couse im pressed for time( which is alot). i'll never use them on test track its' too boring there. bring something like a viper or escudo.

Btw, Good ideas Dodge the Viper, You should be directing the next Gt game, instead of who ever. or make a petition and have XX amonth of signatures adn send it to PD.
