F1 - Laguna Seca B-Spec tuning needed

I am trying to get a decent set up for my F1 at laguna seca in the Formula Championship for B spec. My driver keeps spinning out at the 3rd from last corner (the left hander, 4th gear with good camber) by going too wide and losing the back end.

Ive tried lots of the settings suggested here but he still loses it on fast and even normal pace. He has lost of points / skill but is just ****e on this one corner... any suggestions? (i know i can a-spec it but ive got fixated on making him win the damn race!

There really isn't any tuning that will help with that problem. The AI including the Bspec driver do not drive Laguna Seca very well. The only thing you can do is reduce to slow down or cruise just prior to entering this corner. I had to do this with my driver at 8500 points and 80+ in skills.
