Is it a new bugged chapter of the series, which will have 10+ patches in 3-4 monthes? I'll wait 50-60% discount and these patches

First game had it's fair share of problems for sure, but I still enjoyed the heck out of it. Keen for more info over the coming months, I'm assuming this will be released in August again.

They should bundle it with the other game.

It's so difficult to get a handle on what this game really offers because everybody who got a free copy early, is saying such positive things about it.
