F1 Oil Change + Car Wash

I just got my F1 car yesterday after doing a grueling 24hour endurance race and went off to do another endurance with it. After the endurance i proceeded to try and change my oil/wash it. Turns out i cant do such a things because its a special car. So im wondering if it automatically changes its oil/washes itself or does it just degrade overtime?

I was also curious if you are able to buy any other set of tires for it.

Any help would be much obliged(sp)

For anyone wondering my F1 is the angelic white color :)
 
The search button is a vveryy useful tool. But no, you cant do anything to the FGT. nothing-no car wash, no oil, no rims no nothing.
 
Thats what i thought but i wasnt exactly sure if there was some sort of way to get past thnat whole thing. Does your car loose horsepower due to the lack of oil changes though?
