you can get easiest in speedway enduro... its the last one...

they can also be one in other enduros, the pd cup, and the f1 championship i believe... but that is only off the top of my head

Go to the license tests and get a S-License. Get all golds at the A-License test, the easyest to get all golds. The prize car is a Mazda RX-8. Replace the oil, get some T3 tires and enter the PD Cup Race. Use the "Save Technique" to win the FO94/S- P001.
