As my title says my wheel has been destroyed... it works and all but instead of the ffb fully working, I think I fried one of the motors... I had it since christmas and I think its funny that I've used this wheel hundreds of times with an f1 but it breaks after 3 races with a Ferrari F2007. Now I ask you guys, what should I get next? A g25/27 or a fanatec?

If you got it at Christmas it must be under warranty, I would contact Logitech.

Check out my review of the G27, link is in my sig. 👍

Get a DS3 :D

Get a belt driven wheel- that would be either the Fanatec (except their Carrera which is gear driven) or Thrustmaster T500RS. Both of these especially the T500RS have a much stronger motor and belt driven wheels have better dampening- meaning it won't feel as jarring as with the G25/G27/DFGT when driving Formula cars (F10, F2007, I've yet to drive the FGT to know how it feels like) but especially Rally cars (and some road cars with dirt tires) on dirt/gravel surface. I'm a G25 owner (three strong years and still going) who experienced an epiphany while using the T500RS but being unemployed and broke, I can only advocate what I think is the best way to go.

the other motor isnt broken, i think it just crapped out for a while. 5 minutes later, it sounded normal. (both motors were functioning.) but if it's broken, ill get a g25 because i have 20% off on my next purchase so ill probably get a refurb to save money.

Contact logitech and you will get a new one ...

DFGT only has 1 motor... ;)

spy.

My DFGT went out a couple of years ago on GT4. Called Logitech, described the problem, gave serial #, and they sent me a new one in the mail. Without even asking for the original. I think it had a 1 year warranty.

I have a G27 now.

Could I do that but ask them if I can get a g25 and pay the difference?
