F3000 / F Mazda Anyone else watch these?

I have found several of the SCCA races of F3000 and F-Mazda thouroughly enjoyed them. I was wondering if anyone here has watched these events?

I am also considering taking one of the SCCA licencing courses for the F-Mazda cars as they allow you to get "aquainted" with the car over a course and driving day.... mabe buy one to replace my "daily driver"😈
 
Are you talking about the Formula Mazda cars? I saw the last race of the season on SpeedVision. They're cool. What I like are the production car SCCA races. I like how they race the same cars, and they're stock. I've seen Celicas, Neons, Fucuses, and this year, they had Miata LSs, but I missed the races. :( But there's always next year.

Kinda like mini F1 cars, but affordable...

I was honestly thinking of getting one to speed around our local track on....
 
I've kept an eye on this series because of Mark Webber - bit processional, I think.
