Factory Spec. Racing League/Championship ​

Hello Fellow Racers,

So I wanted to Start a post to Gauge and see if anyone would have an Interest in participating in this idea for a league as much as I do. I was thinking about Starting a Factory Spec. Racing League/Championship maybe 10 weeks (open for discussion) and Probably 1hr-2hr Races (again get everyone's feedback).

Let me first start by Saying that this League will have everyone's input. I would also Greatly appreciate having a few people sign on to help me as kind of an admin role so to speak (points, Racing Incident Review, Feedback, Posting On Social Media etc)? With that being said I was thinking maybe every few weeks we could have a break in the Schedule and we can instead schedule a driver's meeting where we go to a track drive around (maybe do some voted on fun silly race with a specific car)? Either way though the Reason for this would just be to gauge feedback and see if we need to change anything in terms of Tire Wear Rate, Pitstop Speed, Weather and Anything one likes, dislikes and/or indifferent about. If there is anything I/We could do to make it better than that would be the time to essentially voice any frustrations (respectfully) and then we can vote on certain issues as they come up etc.?

I thought about Streaming the Races and anyone else that would like to be my guest. I just feel like a bunch of people would really enjoy watching these Factory Race Spec. cars over the Typical GT.3 etc. Also if anyone would wanna sign up to just do Race Commentary that would be a really neat element as well and would provide anyone watching some added enjoyment (obviously it would be voluntary but would be cool way to get your name out as you would be credited by doing the commentary).

Obviously, I just started this post to see if there is any Interest out there. We would select the Car List (i.e. Zonda R, McLaren P1, Ferrari FXX Evo etc.) and then need to decide if a Balance of Power should be used as well as any tuning parts etc? I am Open to any and all Ideas 💡. I just think some of these are an Absolute Blast to Drive with amazing Downforce and Speed and What a blast it would be to have a League to Race these in. We would also need to decide on whether we let any DR Rating in the League or if we say A&B Drivers? A, B & C Drivers? A+, A & B Drivers? Or Whatever that would look like is fine with Me. I guess 16 Drivers would be our Max Unless we Ran 2 Race times and an Admin ran the Other Race? (Probably won't get that many ppl interested 🤦‍♂️🤣)

Anyways I have some Great Ideas too many to list (unless your My Ex and then all My Ideas are Literally the Dumbest Idea anyone's ever Heard Of 🤷‍♂️🤣🙄)

I look forward to Hearing from anyone and trying to Get a Definitive Start Date set and of course we would have a Championship at the End of the Season (whatever that would be 8, 10, 12 Races less/more) We could go ahead and get a Schedule set and then Come Up with like 3 to 4 Tracks and put it to a Vote for the League Championship?
