Fanatec and PWT

This is the second thread regarding my PWT not working with GT5, and I, or my dealer, can not get a updated dangle from Fanatec. last thread had too many irrelevant replies so I started this one new.

I already made a clear statement on my blog how we handle the topic. We give away free dongles and coupon codes. And we send free dongles to our distributors. That is all we can do.

We give away the dongle for free to all PWT customers so the only one you should complain about is your dealer.

I Have contacted my dealer, www.mightyape.co.nz, rep's name is Ben, he said he had contacted you guys several times but no one gets back to him.

Can Mr Fanatec tell me what is happening with this process?

i'll tell you what's happening..

fanatec have your money so now they don't care.

mail them telling them you want to buy a new wheel, i bet they get back you..

you see- you are a pain/inconvienience to them.. "we have your money, now buy something else or sling your hook..."

fanatec customer service is top drawer..

I really hope that is not the case here. Fanatec checks this forum everyday, so please respond.

I gave Oliver from Mightytape my contact details to discuss it directly with me. Perhaps they just have an internal communication problem.

Instead of openeing such a thread it is actually a better idea to send me a PM with all the detailed info as this would speed up everything.
