I've just recently noticed, or should I say, paid attention to the fact that my wheel has about 10-15 degrees of motion where there's almost no response from the wheel in GT5. I hardly ever use the tuning setting to have deadzone in the wheel, so I'd expect it to have a better response upon initially turning. It may have been like this for a while, but just within the last few days, I've heard what sounds like something loose inside the wheel. I've noticed the sound when I've turned the wheel, and when I've folded up the stand it's on.
I do believe it is affecting the calibration of the wheel. I can center the wheel and after a turn or two, the wheel centers up just off to the right by the 10-15 degrees of play it has.
I'm mainly wondering if it's normal for the wheel to be like this, and if it's not, I'm guessing I should have it sent in to get checked out.
