I recently purchased the Porsche VGT wheel and it came with a QR2 lite that I didn't like and so replaced it with the all metal QR2 that I had ordered at the same time. That QR2 was initially supposed to go on my other wheel so that left me with other wheels that were still on the QR1 system that I now couldn't use.

Fanatec had QR2 pros for €199 and the normal QR2 for €99.

I searched t'internet for QR2 and found a cheaper version. It's a complete rip-off of what Fanatec have done. The box is a copy and the instructions are pretty much lifted straight from Fanatec's. It was on Amazon for £60. Decided to take a punt on one, and the next day delivery was a bonus.

The QR2 itself seems to very well made, and works really well. It fits perfectly and I haven't noticed any slippage or anything else untoward with it. It is available in black, gold, red and green. I had ordered the gold one as that went well with my Podium Wheel Rim R300 with it's gold accent and stitching, and the gold triggers on the podium advanced paddle module.

Quite impressed overall with it.

There's another brand called Simube who are even cheaper atm.

Yeah, I actually have two QR2's in the mail now from them.

Haven't tried their QR2 but did buy an Advanced Paddle Module from them for my Formula V2.5. It's indistinguishable from the genuine module I have on my Podium Porsche wheel.

I suspect these are coming out of the same factory that produces gear for Fanatec.
