Fanatec CSL Elite w/PS4 support and G25 pedals

Hello again, and I apologize for the multiple threads today. Is it possible to use the G25 pedals on the CSL Elite racing wheel w/PS4 support?

Fanatec have listed this adapter on their website, but do not provide any additional information:
