Fanatec Customer Support - Great Response Time!

I posted up this past weekend how my power brick on my CSR Elite arrived DOA and, quite frankly, I kinda freaked out because I thought (at first) the whole wheel might be DOA. Well, one power brick brick later and I've got the world's best FFB wheel up and running.

Anyway, I just wanted you guys to know that my email to Fanatec Support got answered bright and early Monday morning, asking me where to send a new power brick! You can't get any faster response than that - it was effectively same-day (email was sent Saturday).

So, way to go Fanatec! I know some people have had (and are having) issues, but I think it's important to also report when something goes right. No piece of tech has a 0% failure rate and those bricks especially are kinda dodgy in my book.
