Fanatec DD Pro no force feedback GT7 + GT Sport

Hello,
I no longer have force feedback in the two games.
So really 0%.
I've tried various settings and even reinstalled the game, but couldn't fix the problem.
In other games (ACC + F1 22) the force feedback works great.
I didn't have any problems in GT7 two weeks ago either.
Does anyone know this problem and can help me.

Console: PS5
Steering wheel: Fanatec McLaren GT3 V2

Check the mode you have the wheelbase set to. You will need to match the mode of the console with what's needed by the game. Some will need Playstation mode (blue light) and some will need PS4 Compatibility (purple light).

Update firmware on all your Fanatec hardware - you will need a Windows device to do that.
 
Sorry for my late reply, I was on vacation.

According to Fanalab, my firmware is up to date.

WheelBase: 1.1.8.5

Wheel Base Motor: 1.0.3.2

Steering wheels: 5

Wireless QR: 6.0.0.2

A change from the Playstation mode (blue light / purple light) was unfortunately also unsuccessful.

My Fanatec DD Pro settings:

SEN AUTO

FFB 100

FFS PEAK

NDP 69

NFR 10

NIN 30

INT 16

FEI 60

FOR 120

SPR 120

DPR 100

My GT7 ingame settings:

TC: 3

ABS: Standard

Autopilot: Off

Stability Control: Off

Counter steering support: Off

Force feedback: 7

Force Feedback Sensitivity: 5

That's a lot of data, but maybe you can find the error there.
I would be happy if I could play GT7 again.

Your settings look a bit off to me. Why do you have NDP, NIN & INT so high and the FEI low? That's numbing the FFB for a start, but doesn't explain you saying there's no ffb. Also SPR & DPR do nothing in GT7 as they're not supported by the game. Give mine a try and see how they feel.

I have no idea what the problem is but here are some things to try. :)
Do you also play these two games on PS5 or on PC?
Try another USB port.
Try to reinstall the firmware of the base and the motor.
 
Do you have the same issue when using a different PSN account on the same console? A new account should use default ingame settings so I think it's worth a try to see if that has any effect

Deine Einstellungen kommen mir etwas seltsam vor. Warum sind NDP, NIN und INT so hoch und der FEI niedrig? Das macht die FFB zunächst einmal lähmend, erklärt aber nicht, dass du sagst, dass es keine FFB gibt. Auch SPR und DPR haben in GT7 keine Funktion, da sie vom Spiel nicht unterstützt werden. Probieren Sie meine aus und sehen Sie, wie sie sich anfühlen.

Thank you for your settings, but unfortunately they didn't fix my problem.

Thanks for the hint. You were actually right, when playing with a newly created account, my FFB is back again.
