I've recently shoved the new 750b firmware on my wheel and found it to have a really good effect in Forza Horizon in particular (provided the console is turned on by using the Xbox guide button on the wheel itself...)

However in GT5 I'm now using 900 degrees of rotation on ANY car and it's very easy now to light the front tyres up as the total rotation has massively decreased. It now feels at least half the rotation that it was previously (I was using something like 705 beta, previously) and I can't seem to change it.

Whilst nothing is undriveable in GT5 and I can still be quick, I certainly can't have very minor steering adjustment and counter steering in particularly causes quite a strong "snap" in the opposite direction which in some "frisky" cars causes them to be a little uncontrollable.

I'm partially tempted to re-flash it back to an older firmware as I have for the most part stopped playing other driving games but am still playing GT5.

I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions or tips for getting it back to how it was...I was quite happy previously with 620-720 degrees SEN, whereas now I have no choice really, it's 900 only and even then I can only turn it about 180 degrees on the wheel before it's vibrating at max lock.

Cheers
Matt
