Fanatec GT Extreme wheel mapping question

Hello, I just purchased Fanatec GT extreme set of base and official GT7 wheel. I want to map functions to all four 5-way sticks on the wheel but if I go to GT7 controller settings, the only option here is to map stick press for each stick but not left/right/up/down. How to map it?

If it is like the dd pro it's preset and cant be changed I guess... but maybe i am wrong
 
yes preset to those available sub menu functions
 
And what do these presets do in GT7? I cannot find out myself. Sometimes it looks it does nothing and sometimes "something happens". I did not find any manual or video describing functions of these sticks.
 
My understanding is that the four-way controllers cannot be changed; they’re preset.
 
Ok, but HOW? Trying to use them in various situations but have no idea.
 
green adjusts fuel mapping, blue traction control, red brake bias and yellow is for General mfd control
