Fanatec GT2 problem

As the title says I'm having a bad problem with my Fanatec GT2, Had it five months now and only today its on and working then all of a sudden nothing, Have to turn it off and on again then roughly 30minutes to an hour its not working again.

I tried google for info but i found nothing has anyone else around GTP had this problem and found a fix that doesn't involve speaking to Fanatec.

Thank you but i have no way to make any video,
and to be honest dealing with Fanatec's amazing customer service is a last thing i want do to right now, As im dealing with a similar company with a PC part i ordered paid for and never got.
 
Fanatec might make you wait longer than you wish to, but shouldn't give you any problems even if you can't make a video. You'll just have to ship it to them if they can't figure it out from your description.

Its getting power cause its on the whole time
just all of a sudden buttons steering and pedals don't work.

Just before I made this thread I was driving in free mode,
slowed down as the counter got to 10 seconds,
race starts I cause an accident as I can't move or pause and quit quick and the guys behind on the grid drive right into me.

Lights on the wheel are still on just nothing works.

Fanatec has one of the best CS services I've ever witnessed, I don't know what you're on about.
They only people which don't get a speedy service are the onces who don't follow a protocole which states in the automated email they send you, protocole is pretty easy and clear.

As for the video - use phone camera or lend a camera from a friend.
