Does anyone have settings for the Fanatec GT2 Wheel that work well with Grid? I've got the wheel working well for GT5, NSF2 and Forza but I'm having a problem getting a good setup for Grid. These aren't the settings in the game but the ones that can be entered directly into the wheel.
