Can someone tell me how to connect the wireless dongle to the GT2? I just got the dongle today, but I cannot get it to work with my GT2 and PS3. Assume I am a fifth grader and so step by step instructions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Download the PWTS wheel manual.

First you need to bind the dongle and wheel per section 6.4.

Then connect to PS3 mode per section 6.1.

did any of you guys get it separate from your wheel or pedal orders? that $18 ship charge for a $30 dongle is crazy. lol. im holding off so that i can justify the shipping with something else. but i agree.....wireless must be great. 1 wire from pedals to wheel and 1 wire from wheel to ac adapter. 3rd wire will have to be for CS shifter? 👍

I agree....the shipping prices are crazy. Looks like $17 is the minimum shipping price. It was only $22 shipping for my GT2 wheel and Clubsport Pedals.

I placed 2 orders, 1 with the wheel and pedals and 1 with the shifters and wireless dongle.

True, there are a number of wires, but they are all local to the area where the wheel/pedal/shifter are. My PS3 is across the room, so it does save having a cable running across the floor.

oh...i agree....i wasnt being sarcastic. having 3 wires instead of 4 is huge considering its the one that goes to the console. thats the one that gets tripped over and has to be plugged in and out all the time....especially if you have a cockpit setup in front of the living room tv and not a dedicated cockpit that stays in the exact same spot all the time.

I ordered the dongle and a MS pedal adapter on 12/25/10 and both arrived today via UPS express. I was wondering why the shipping charge was so much. I am not complaining. My vacation continues through Sunday and so I have a three day weekend to break in my GT2 wheel (I needed the adapter so that I can use my MS pedals).
