Fanatec GT3 RS v2 "abnormal' sound?

Hey guys, just got a Fanatec GT3 RS v2 wheel today! I've noticed that sometimes when I turn the wheel in race, there is this soft but definitely audible "sssssss" sound coming from the wheel. It seems to be there mostly when there is resistance in the wheel. Is it normal?

Does it sound like you are sawing logs? that's normal.

Nope. It's only when I hold my wheel in 'turned' position when there is this faint sound. Apart from this, brilliant wheel!
