Hey guys,

as some of you may know, my lovely girlfriend got me a Fanatec GT3 RS V2 for Xmas last year and it has been working extremely well until august when i started getting calibration issues.

I updated the firmware but with that i started getting problems with the Club Sport Pedals (which she also got for me)

I was just racing an iRacing Mustang race 2 minutes ago, while being 3rd and 4 more laps to go, i got into a drift and the wheel "snap counter steered itself so rapid that when it hit the opposite wheel lock it brock something.

NOTE: During the race i kept experiencing minor disconnects or input lag from the wheel.

In GT5 is had similar problems the past 5 weeks or so but only occasionally.

My GF bought the wheel on Dec 3rd 2010 but it only got delieved at the end of January. So i presume 1 year warranty is still going on.

Now, who do I need to contact for a replacement or a repair ? Thomas of Fanatec or Darin Gangi from ISR ?

Any help much appreciated!!

Chris

I'd say jut go straight to Fanatec as they are the makers of the wheel. If you need to go anywhere else, they'll direct you there.

Mate - that's the same issue I had.
Wheel looses all ffb and basically dies on you for a few seconds, right?
If that's the case then - ground your rig/cockpit. The problem is in static electricity, since Fanatec's power supply doesn't have ground wire connector you have to ground it yourself.

I hope that helps.

thanks man, but the problem is, that something broke inside the wheel and now its not functioning at all anymore :(
