You will need one bracket Hydro Tech 42-46(diameter in millimeters) and one nut for M6 bolt which you will put on the original bolt(this is very important or the bolt will penetrate too deeply into the shaft of the wheel base)

You will also need to drill a 6mm hole in the middle of the bracket for the bolt.

You can tighten the bolts hard, nothing will break and check from time to time whether the bolts have not loosened.

Isnt the provided bracket made from metal?
 
Wat... That just looks like a worse version of the included bracket. Have had absolutely zero play or any issues with the included bracket.
 
Looks like you've made a more sturdy cinch for the wheel rim. I always had a issue with the rather thin pieces of metal on the stock cinch. Even though no one should be putting enough tensile forces to break the stock band; it just doesn't seem like it will last all that long, with repeated use.
