Everytime I have been put off using my Fanatec Porsche 911 Turbo S wheel ever since this issue started, I have the above wheel with the basic pedals. The issie is brake pedal, it is always auto braking me even tho the in game assisted is off. If my feet is off the pedal it seems to brake even tho my feet are no where near the pedals. Is this a common problem? It works well on other games no issue just GT5. I don't know how to get set the deadzone of the pedal everyone is talking about. I also know the club sport have no issues with the brake pedal also, I really don't have the money to upgrade at this point.

fanatec will offer me a replacement for the pedals but I am curious if they will work 100% on GT5 with the new pedals or it will do the same issue down the line. I can upgrade to club sport pedals for an extra 150.00 ( which is roughly £131.00).

I don't fancy paying that but it seems that most people are saying it is better than

it probably will do it down the line as theres nothing really holding the potientometers in place. If you can afford it the clubsports are the way to go as there the best pedals that money can buy.

Got Clubsport pedals with a discount off the standard pedals cos they were faulty and free shipping as well. Can't wait till they arrive!!

Let me know what they're like, I'm thinking of getting that exact setup...

Will do.

Anyone know if there is an exact way to setup with the wheel stand pro setup.

It won't be long until you start having issues with the sensors on the CSPs also. Everything with the Fanatec name on it has a wealth of problems, so cross your fingers and hold your breath.

I don't mean to come too crazy scary or anything. I've just spent quite a lot of time bouncing around the web and digging through forums researching these issues, since I considered getting the CSPs at one time.
