Hi guys, wondering if anyone had a similar situation and can recommend the best course of action. I recently purchased a product from Fanatec at full price, and now I see they’re offering the same item at a 25% discount. Since Fanatec has a 30-day return policy, I could return it, get a refund, and order the discounted one — no problem.
However, it seems more logical for Fanatec to simply refund the 25% difference instead of dealing with a return shipment and a new order. I’m not sure if that’s how they handle these cases. Ideally, I’d call Fanatec and ask what they prefer, but I’m curious if anyone here has gone through this with Fanatec Europe. What would you suggest?
