I bought one of these two years ago and the pedals were broke. I just received new pedals today and since it's been two years I don't know how to set this wheel up. (Manual is MIA right now)

Should I update the dongle? I downloaded the latest firmware update from the website and I don't know what to do with it.

If I don't update the firmware will it not work with GT5? I also can't get this thing to sync with my PS3. I'm pretty pissed off right now since this thing collected dust for two years and now I have to go through all this crap again.

Please help. If anyone could walk me through how to set these things up it'd be greatly appreciated.

I guess you totally missed the point here. If true that the bloke has not been able to use his wheel for almost 2 years,
12 or 23 months... does it really matter?

How long where your pedals out of commission? The full 13 months or did they just fail recently?
