Hi all, I live in Singapore and wonder how can I ship fanatec products into Singapore. Basically I bought a fanatec 911 turbo s wheel last year in a local store which imported it into Singapore, their warranty for the product only lasts for 3 months. Now my standard pedals are having the brake flickering or no full power brake problem and I intend to ship the g25/g27 adaptors into Singapore or maybe even the Clubsport pedals with a few loadcells. I'm wondering if there's a way to get these into Singapore.

Any advice or information would be welcomed :) wish to be able to have a proper functioning wheel after my major exams end.

And sorry for the lack of paragraphing, can't really format it well in the mobile version.

You can either her a friend to ship from America it the eu... Or you could pay a company to take care of it.. you ship it to the company then they ship to you

Hi there, thanks for the input, but is there any rough gauge of pricing to ship it over?

I wouldn't know tbh... I imagine 50$ I think was quoted to do the sane for Australia but i live in England so I couldn't be sure

Ah okay thanks for the input and estimate! 50 dollar for a piece of 5 dollar wire sounds absurd..

I am also from an unsupported country and Fanatec shipped to me.
All I did was filling up the form under "support request" on their site (fanatec.com) and they replied to me under 24h. I suggest you do the same.

Japan are now a fanatec county... Get it shipped from their??

Ohh I thought you wanted a wheel... 50$ is way out then maybe 10$ sorry for confusion

Wow energizer I would consider you lucky! The last time I sent them support requests they didn't reply me.. However I would try again seeing that it worked for your case. Thanks for the info!

Ah, 10 dollar sounds reasonable now! Thanks for the info too, think I'll need to see how I can get a courier to get it to Singapore if the request support doesn't work..

Go to fanatec.com, click on Contact tab and then click on General Contact - then you'll see a form which you'll have to fill and that's it, Fanatec will write a reply to your email inbox.

Fanatec has 2 year warranty no matter which country you use it.

Problem is I bought it from a local retailer and the receipt they printed was... Substandard and im not sure whether fanatec would recognize it...

Energizerr : Thanks, I'll try contacting them this weekends when I have access to a proper computer. :)

Update on situation : I still have not gotten a reply from Fanatec. Not even an email to acknowledge my situation or even to say that it is not possible... It's been around 4-5 days.
And just to make sure i do check my junk mail
