Hey,

I have just purchased a Fanatec V1 Base with Clubsport steering wheel along with a PS4 and Project cars.

My question is how do install the drivers and firmware files on to the wheel and base so that I can use it in Project cars?

The wheels works fine with F1 2015 but isn't even recognized in Project Cars.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You have to do firmware upgrades from a PC. You can download the PC drivers and firmware loader from the Fanatec website as well as the firmware.

Were you using F1 2015 on the PS4 also or...
If you had the wheel working on the PS4 then I would expect it to work in project cars as well.
 
I found it a bit of a pain installing the drivers and firmware, because there isn't one single source for all the info or a step by step guide, and I hadn't done it before, but once you have the latest drivers and firmware downloaded from Fanatec's website, some careful googling and common sense will see you through the process lol.

Remember to press the button on the wheel to start the game at the "press start" screen.
