Believe me, wheel setup is quite personal..
I have mine set for very fast steering, I used to have it at 900, but found I just can't turn in/correct quick enough, and leave everything else off/default, I find the FFB seems to feel more balanced if you leave it as T10 intended..
SENS:210
FF:80
SHO:90
ABS: Matched to in-game settings (70 for me, I saturate brakes early)
DRI

FF
LIN:0
DEA:0
SPR:0
DPR:0
You can pretty much get used to most things, my comments on some settings are
DRI - lots of people use this for large SENS values to make turning the wheel easier, this robs a lot of FFB in my opinion, I've tried it extensively, and find that on my PWTS, it removes a lot of the 'grip' FFB for me.. Mind you, I think with 900 degree steering, you'd need to have it on, or suffer major arm-ache..
I spent a while analysing where I was slow in hotlapping competitions, and the major areas that stuck out where the inability to steer fast enough (hence SENS=210), and not braking enough (Set in-game saturation to 70% and used telemetry to set the ABS value for the CSPs)..
