Fanatec wheels freeze

Hi GUYS.
how many of you have had the freezing issue with your fanatec wheel.
from testing i know it has nothing to do with the wireless connectivity as it happens on the ps3 and pc with a usb connection.
i found a video on youtube of someone with the problem and had a video camera running while it happened.

My CSR Elite did had a few problems (not now) but never that one.

I have had this happen occasionally on my Porsche 911 Turbo S Wheel. The only two times it has happened recently were during a race series I participate in. It's really hard to diagnose because it happens so rarely.
