Fastest 0-400m Time (read specifications)

I know this has been done before but they are really old posts and i wouldnt want to be post diging
so i tought i would just start a new one

**specifications**
The car must be a road car and not a GT formula 1 car or stuff like that

**example of cars aloud**
Civic
Skyline
Impreza
Mustang
And so on...
you get my point

i know its your FASTEST but if you want you could name some other ones too

1. Subaru impreza Spec C - 8.256
(it ran 7.9 once but i dont think that was right..Glitch maybe)
2. SRT10 - 8.568
3 Charger - 9.798

I know some of you are like LOL those suck.. mehh there my own setting so im somewhat proud
