Well, I think the red bull can be discarded cause it's obvious that it is the best car out there... But:

1. Red Bull X1 2011
2. Ferrari F1 2007
3. Lotus Elise

What exactly is "fastest handling"?

Fastest means being the quickest at something, and handling is a measurement of how much/stable the car can turn in a corner... they don't mix!
