Fastest lap forum?

I've been on this site on and off for a good while now, and after a good bit of time in the "off" part, I'm on again. I noticed there's a fastest lap forum in the top part of the page, but I'm not allowed access. What gives? I wanted to see how much my uber skillz had deteriorated, but I am denied!

There is currently a problem in the Leaderboards. Jordan (owner of GTP) has yet to fix the problem but hasn't had the time lately.

That's a relief. I thought I was denied of right to post on specific forums due to my undesirable status as a newcomer.
