Fastest Lap subforum

Hi there, i am just after a bit of help, i would like to be able to access the GT4 Fastest lap subforum so that i can compare my times with the best times in the subforum and see how i am doing against the pros. Unfortunately every time i click ont he subforum it tells me i am not allowed to enter. Do i have to be a special member to access that part of the forum? Any help would be appreciated. At the moment no-one can acsess the Leaderboard Sub Forums for a reason I forgotten, but this thread I found might help you out.
